“We left our Parisian lives back in 2017 to find more passion and purpose in what we do.”
Lorraine and Renaud met in 2010 at a business school in western France — she in communication, he in hotel revenue management. Seven years later, they landed in Cambodia with a simple idea: do something they love, welcome people well, and have a positive effect around them.
It took nearly two years between the idea and the opening of Siem Reap, and nearly a year just to perfect the first twelve spring roll recipes. Today the menu has more than fifteen, from the most classic to the most unexpected — beef and cheddar, burrata and pesto, chocolate with Kampot pepper. Then came Phnom Penh, and its colonial house.
In the meantime, the bar was voted best bar & lounge in Cambodia by Sovrin magazine, and the two houses have gathered nearly 4,400 reviews from guests all over the world.
